I am on my spiritual retreat this week. Thus, I am not there to say Mass or hear confessions at St. George. This does not mean, however, that I am not ministering to my people. I am spending these few days in prayer (for all of us), reading good theological material (so that I can better present the truth of Christ), and saying Mass each day (lifting each of you up before our Lord in my intentions). I asked many of you to pray for me this week; this is a reminder to do so. Pray for St. George parish. Pray that we continue to grow and thrive and serve the Lord. Pray that we can accept all that He sends our way with love and humility. Pray that God is glorified in us; for 1000 generations!
